Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once purchase has been submitted. We do not cancel, adjust, or edit products once they have been purchased. Our products are made in small batches to assist the customer the best way possible, so once the order is purchased and the product is made, no negotiations. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items what so ever. If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a solution. Evidence with pictures, video, packaging label, and packaging items will be required. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your mail carrier and start a claim, all of our packages are insured.
